Privacy Policy

This policy covers leirosrealestate.com. It explains what the site collects, why, how long we keep it and how you get it deleted.

What we collect

The site collects information only when you hand it over. There are three ways that happens.

• The email field on the home page and in the footer stores the address you type, the language you were reading in and the page you submitted from.
• The contact form and the partner enquiry forms store your name, your email address and whatever you write in the message field.
• Our host records the standard request data every web server sees: your IP address, your browser's user-agent string and the country your request came from.

We do not ask for financial details through this site. Nothing about a purchase, a mortgage application or an account opening runs through a web form here.

Why we hold it

An email address on the list is used to send occasional letters about the Miami market and about what we are advising on. A contact form submission is used to answer you. We do not sell the list, rent it or pass it to a third party for their own marketing.

Where it lives

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare KV namespace under our own account, and contact enquiries are also emailed to our Miami office through Resend, our transactional email provider. Both process data on servers in the United States.

How long we keep it

Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Contact enquiries are kept for two years so we can pick up a conversation you started earlier, then deleted.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Cloudflare may set a cookie to identify malicious traffic. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so loading a page here does not tell anyone else that you visited.

Your rights

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR gives you those rights explicitly and we honour them wherever you are. If you are in California, the CCPA does the same. We do not sell personal information under any of those definitions.

Children

This site is for adults buying property. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes to how we use existing data are emailed to anyone on the list before they take effect.
