Who we are

Cristian Leirós has run the firm since 2018, one standard across every file. Before founding it he spent years at WaMu, FISERV and Amerant Bank. The operating standard he set there is the one the rest of the team works to.

Buying without U.S. residency is the standard procedure

The LLC, the account and the mortgage all execute without U.S. residency. Our buyers sign from Bogotá, Mexico City or Caracas and close the whole purchase from there.

Rent, costs and comparables come attached before you book a flight. We filter the market first, so every showing you take is worth the trip.

The structure already accounts for your heirs

Title sits in an LLC you own, protected and ready to pass to your family in order. Your affairs are handled privately, and they stay that way.
