The standard we build to

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is the benchmark referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act guidance and by Florida practice, and it is the one we test against.

What that means in practice

• Every text colour on this site is checked against the surface behind it, and the navigation clears AA on every route.
• Every control can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and the focus outline is never removed without a visible replacement.
• Images that carry meaning have alternative text. Images that are decorative are marked so a screen reader skips them.
• The whole site respects the operating system's reduce-motion setting. Turn it on and the scroll animation, the parallax and the reveals stop rather than merely slowing down.
• Form fields have real labels, and an error is announced rather than only shown in red.

Where we know we fall short

Property galleries carry developer renderings whose alternative text describes the building rather than the detail of the image. The rent-versus-buy chart is a visual summary; the same figures are printed as text beneath it so the chart is never the only source.
